DELIVERY TERMS

1)     Delivery of the goods shall be made to the address specified by the buyer in its order. Buyer shall provide the correct address in the confirmation order, failing which L&N Jaya  Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any failure of delivery of goods to the buyer.

2)     The delivery charges is based on the rate quoted by the delivery service company.

3)     The cut off time for taking orders is at 11:00 a.m. each day ranging from Monday to Friday, if any orders receive after 11:00 a.m. it will be handled and treated as next day orders.

4)     If the buyers did not receive the delivered goods in the fifth (5) day after the confirmation of dispatch is issued to the buyer, please contact our customer service OR email to L&N Jaya Sdn Bhd immediately.

5)     Goods is deemed delivered to the buyer if no complaint is received from the buyer on the failure of delivery of goods after five (5) days from the confirmation of dispatch.

6）  The Company has reserve the right to adjust the rate of any delivery service charges.
